Tobago Vacation Itinerary Ideas

Tobago's the type of place you dream of. Living in a big city, when the alarm clock goes off in the dark, and the toaster burns the toast and the instant coffee tastes like mud; it's what you long for as your car crawls through a tangle of traffic, and the phone at work won't stop ringing!

What you need, at times like these, is Tobago. Set like an emerald in turquoise, this tiny island at the farthest end of the Caribbean necklace knows, better than most, what the simple life is all about.

As you'll continue to discover, there'll be a lot to do for your Tobago holidays... the island is just 116-square-miles located in the Southern Caribbean about 20 miles northeast of its sister island, Trinidad.

You can travel along the north coast by either renting a car/jeep or through one of our arranged island-tours, and you'll soon discover that every cove offers undistrurbed perfection. Castara, Parlautvier, Englishman's Bay, all quaint little fishing villages that are interesting to see and explore. If you're a bubble watcher, go for a glass-bottom boat ride to see the vast variety of underwater life that Tobago's south side - Buccou Reef, and/or North Side - Angel Barrier Reef has to offer.

Wonderful snorkelling can also be arranged, either amateur, where we recommend some good places, or via a snorkelling charter. Angel fish, parrot fish, trigger fish, butterfly fish, in fact up north, every known species of hard coral, and most species of soft coral can be seen. The island is also ideal for arranging a small Tobago wedding.
