has long been a favourite haunt for cruisers looking for remote anchorages and quiet beaches. The Tobago Carnival Regatta (Previously known as the Angostura Yachting World Regatta) Race Week (held in May each year) is popular with "Yachties" for its unique blend of competitive racing combined with fun and relaxation.

Trinidad's long established industrial and manufacturing sector has produced a wide range of skills and craft that are in short supply in tourism-based economies. Maintenance and repair work is carried out efficiently and economically. Professional machine shops, custom upholstering specialists, diesel mechanics, and authorised life-raft service centres are all easily accessed. Parts can be custom cast in bronze and zinc; custom fabricated in either stainless steel, aluminium or fibre glass, as well as plating in chrome and brass. British Admiralty charts are also available.

With supermarkets and shopping malls not more than 15 minutes away, provisioning of vessels is easy. Many businesses will provide free delivery services to all the Marinas, and the choice of local and imported goods is extensive and attractively priced.

Trinidad rewards the adventurous with rich cultural diversity, where visitors are seduced by a melting pot of many races.

Of course, the premier festival here is Carnival (usually held in February or March each year). There are also steelband concerts, theatrical presentations, vibrant night life, clubs, restaurants and bars.

Our Eco-tours offer everything from bird watching and turtle watching, to driving or trekking through the twin island's magnificent rain forests.

Year round festivals include Hindu Divali, Muslim Hosay and Eid-ul-Fitr.
